Has anyone grown using LED light ? If so Can you give me some info on how the yield ended up and how good the over all crop was? If you like HPS or the LED lights you used?

Thats not true, u dont need that many LED at all and they do save you alot of money in the long run. It is just alot of money up front.
LED are way more powerful than any light out there, they give off way more light and energy.

I believe that the price of the LED light systems is still a bit expensive for the results it delivers. LED lights are the lights of the future. LED lights use less electricity and last for many years, and they also produce little or no heat. Grow lights made from LED lights are becoming increasingly available and produce results similar to other grow lighting solutions.

I agree that LEDs are the future only problem right now there not worth it in my opinion because of price. A friend of mine spent over 500 bucks on two 120 watt led panels for a 9 x 5 x 10feet closet grow. Had about 20-25 plants under them in 1 gal pots with fox farm ocean forest all purple kush. The light is super strong and when you stare in his closet and look away your vision is tinted green. They get great light penetration but compared to other people I know using 250 watt HPS I didn't see much of a difference. I havent seen LEDs in flowering tho so they could increase yield more then HPS. But when you could get two 250 watt HID for price of one led panel and double growing area thats where LEDs dont make sense to me.
