Beginner!

Hi everyone! I am wondering what the best type of grass is for a mellow/relaxed high... the stuff I've got now makes my heart race like crazy and is making me worry! Ha!!!...but I want something that packs a punch("one hitter")... Does anybody know of some good stuff? By the way, I am a light smoker... Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated...

stay on the sativa side of the spectrum.. strong indicas are sometimes known to be too "racy", while sativas are much "lighter and happier"..
