Hey. A friend of mine isn't too well at the moment and she's waiting for a scan before she can get a full diagnosis. Her trouble is with her stomach and the doc seems to think she's got problems with the nerves there (pretty vague if you ask me) and prescribed an anti spasmodic drug that seems to have no effect whatsoever and as a consequence she spends a lot of time in pain. Now, I'm a regular user of natures finest but I only use it for recreational purposes and I'm not that up on the good medicinal strains so if anyone can recommend a good weed with high pain killing properties I'd be truly grateful.

p.s. I am in the UK so I can't pop along to a dispensery but I can usually lay my hands on allsorts

i always recommend trying a full indica and a full sativa to see the difference between the two, since everyone's body chemistry is different.. usually (but not always), indicas are used for pain relief. once you figure out whether indicas or sativas work best for you, you can try different strains to see the more subtle differences and find the strains best for you.

my personal preferences:
trainwreck - lower back pains / muscle relaxation
white widow - insomnia
any light sativa - anxiety

Hey. Thanks for the tips. Most of what's up for sale here are crosses, rare to get a pure indica or sativa. Not that I'm complaining mind you. I found that Bluecheese made one hell of a difference during a recent bout of needing root canal surgery. It was really good because I got the best of both worlds, the dominance of the Indica killed the pain and the sativa made me more relaxed about the visit to the dentist...Im not good with dentists!
