can i get prescribed medical marijuana in washington if i am bipolar and the only medicine that helps me during my manic and depressive stages is marijuana?

if you can't talk to your physician about medical marijuana, maybe try contacting your local norml chapter and asking them for advice. they should be able to point you in the right direction.
