Suggestions for Insomnia ?

i find that a combination of indica and sativa works best to help me sleep. sativa relaxes all my muscles while indica slows down my brain. this combination relaxes me both physically and mentally, helping me fall asleep.

does anyone have any strain recommendations for insomnia in particular ? thanks in advance

I noticed that White Widow works great for sleep.
