A warm and honest hello!

Hello everyone! I am a gentleman, almost 52 yrs. of age, an ex-veteran, and a chronic-pain sufferer. I live in the Southwestern part of the U.S., have a fairly good life and am blessed. The pain I suffer comes from years of abusing my body resulting from motorcycle racing, a few car crashes and getting older. I have herniated disks in my neck and back. I take enormous amounts of Morphine Sulfate daily for pain and Klonopin for helping me sleep. Problem is, Cannabis is much more effective for my ailments than anything else I have ever tried. I am a little concerned about exposing myself to authorities so, I will not try to get Medical Marijuana, YET. The State I live in, accepts Medical Marijuana as an option for patients that might need something different than traditional medications. The enormous and ridiculous hoops one is required to jump through to obtain Med. Mar. legally is absurd. I get by with the "traditional" ways of getting this wonderful plant. I will wait until the State I live in becomes more reasonable in making Medical Cannabis available to those of us that benefit.
