Exclamation FORUMS DOWN DURING HOST CHANGE
the company that was hosting our site (and forums) has just cancelled our account without any explanation. The site is back up, but a lot of the messages and some accounts from the forums have been lost. Pretty much, everything from April is gone ;(

I will post more info on this terrible hosting company (mocha host) in the coming days.

For now, we have switched over to FatCow Hosting.

Unfortunately, we lost all of the posts and user accounts from last couple of months. Our old hosting company just deleted our files, and the last backup was over a month ago. I will be redoing forum categories to the way they were before the move.

If you're one of the people who's account was lost, please re-signup (you can use the same username as before).

Hello,

I am not sure why this is a problem, when you offer unlimited bandwith with this account. The amount of resources used is a result of regular website use, as there is nothing illegal or out of norm taking place.

You are asking me "to fix this problem", yet you have not pointed out what "the problem" is. Your email stated that you investigated this issue, but does not say what the results of your investigation are. What "problem" am I expected to fix ? Are you saying that the "problem" is my site having too many visitors ? If that's the case, then what is the meaning of "unlimited bandwith and storage" you offer with your hosting plan ?

The actual problem is the high CPU and memory resource utilization which overloads our shared server. Your account is simply not a good fit for a shared account which has nothing to do with our offer of unlimited bandwidth or space.
