FORUMS DOWN DURING HOST CHANGE

the company that was hosting our site (and forums) has just cancelled our account without any explanation. The site is back up, but a lot of the messages and some accounts from the forums have been lost. Pretty much, everything from April is gone ;(

Unfortunately, we lost all of the posts and user accounts from last couple of months. Our old hosting company just deleted our files, and the last backup was over a month ago. I will be redoing forum categories to the way they were before the move.

The amount of resources used is a result of regular website use, as there is nothing illegal or out of norm taking place. You are asking me "to fix this problem", yet you have not pointed out what "the problem" is. Your email stated that you investigated this issue, but does not say what the results of your investigation are. What "problem" am I expected to fix ? Are you saying that the "problem" is my site having too many visitors ?
