Cannabis Sativa Strains
Cannabis sativa strains are generally characterized with a more energetic, cerebral high. They grow taller with less flowers, but a longer flowering period than the indica strains. Their physical characteristics differentiate them from indicas by narrow leaflets, branches that are further apart, and coloration that tends to be lighter green. They are better suited for outdoors and typically have a more earthy, fruity or sweeter taste. Cannabis Sativa stimulates the neurotransmitter serotonin which acts in the central nervous system and is responsible for mood, appetite, and sexual function.
